Email signature management that audits and fixes off-brand signatures

Ascripto screenshot 1
Ascripto reads the email signatures your employees are actually sending, shows you every one that has drifted from your brand, and fixes them in one click. Sign in with Google, connect your directory, and within about ninety seconds you get a concrete count: how many employees run an old logo, miss the legal disclaimer, or list an outdated job title. The audit is free, permanently, on both Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.

Google Workspace gets the deepest coverage: signatures are written server-side via the Gmail API, reaching web and mobile with nothing installed, and directory changes propagate within a couple of minutes. Microsoft 365 is covered by an Outlook add-in deployed once by your administrator, which reads signatures for the audit and sets them as people write. For full coverage, an opt-in outbound relay signs every message on its way out, whatever app sent it.

There are no seat minimums. You pay for the people whose signatures were delivered that month, starting at €1 or $1 per seat; the smallest bill is €9 or $9 a month, which covers teams of four to nine. Deployment is isolated: each customer runs on its own servers, database and storage, and can choose a dedicated deployment in the Azure region its data has to stay in.

Ascripto is upfront about its limits: client-side deployment can be reverted by users, and the tool tells you when that happens. The relay is a dependency in your mail path, so the makers recommend starting client-side and moving to the relay deliberately.
