Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the LaunchIgniter platform. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LaunchIgniter, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our service.
You are responsible for any activities or actions that occur under your account.
3. Product Submissions and Launches
By submitting a product to LaunchIgniter, you represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize us to use all intellectual property rights in and to any products you submit
- The product does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights
- The product complies with these Terms and all applicable laws
- All information provided is accurate and not misleading
- The product is not spam, malware, or designed to harm users
- You will not artificially inflate upvotes or manipulate rankings
LaunchIgniter reserves the right to review, approve, or reject any product submission at our sole discretion. We may remove products that violate these terms or our community guidelines.
Launch Scheduling: Free users can schedule one launch per product. Premium users can schedule up to 5 launches per product. Scheduled launches are featured on the homepage for one week during the selected launch period.
4. Premium Features and Payments
LaunchIgniter offers premium features through Polar payment processing. Premium benefits include:
- Featured placement with distinctive purple gradient border and crown badge
- Priority positioning in all product listings
- Dofollow backlinks on product pages (vs nofollow for free products)
- Up to 5 launches per product (vs 1 for free products)
- Enhanced visibility across the platform
All payments are processed securely through Polar. By purchasing premium features, you agree to Polar's terms of service and privacy policy. Premium features are non-refundable once activated.
5. Community Guidelines
To maintain a positive and productive community:
- Provide constructive feedback and genuine engagement
- Respect other users and their products
- Do not spam, harass, or post inappropriate content
- Do not create multiple accounts to manipulate votes or reviews
- Report any violations of these guidelines to our team
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the service:
- In any way that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," or "spam"
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate LaunchIgniter, a LaunchIgniter employee, another user, or any other person or entity
- To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the service, or which may harm LaunchIgniter or users of the service
7. Content Ownership and License
LaunchIgniter does not claim ownership of your content. However, by submitting content to LaunchIgniter, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content in any existing or future media formats solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.
8. User Generated Content
Users may post comments, reviews, and other content on LaunchIgniter. You are solely responsible for the content you post. By posting content, you grant LaunchIgniter a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the service.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or contact us to request account deletion.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall LaunchIgniter, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
- Any content obtained from the service
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
11. Disclaimer
LaunchIgniter is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any product information submitted by users.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide reasonable notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the service.
