For STR properties, it connects to the host's Airbnb, VRBO, or Booking.com calendar via iCal and auto-generates invoice line items from confirmed checkouts. For regular homes with no booking calendar, the cleaner logs cleanings directly on a set billing cycle (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly). Either way, the cleaner reviews, adds extras, and submits — no manual date tracking, no spreadsheet math.
