We are the team behind PingLane.

Why we built this:

Shopify merchants spend more and more on email and SMS, but inboxes are crowded and open rates keep dropping. Web push notifications land right on the device, cost nothing to send, and people actually see them. The problem was that most push tools were not really built for Shopify, so things like back-in-stock alerts, price drop alerts, and proper revenue tracking were either missing or clunky.

So we built PingLane around the way Shopify stores actually work.

What you get:

5 ready-to-use automations covering Welcome, Cart Recovery, Browse Reminder, Back-in-Stock, and Price Drop. Opt-in widgets you can drop on product pages so shoppers can subscribe to back-in-stock and price drop alerts. Subscriber segments based on what they do, where they are, and which device they use. And revenue attributed to your Shopify orders, so you see real sales per campaign, not just clicks.

How it evolved:

We started with just cart recovery, but merchants kept asking for back-in-stock and price drop alerts on product pages. Those turned out to be the highest-converting flows, so we made the opt-in widgets fully customizable to match each store's design.

There is a free plan to get started, and paid plans are billed through Shopify so you never leave the platform.
