Wingmate
A free partner network where independent and boutique agencies find each other
Wingmate is a free network for independent and boutique agencies, from solo consultants to 50-person shops. It helps you find partners for white-label work, specialist gaps, overflow, referrals, crisis help, and co-pitching. It is agency-to-agency only: brands cannot join, search, or contact anyone.
You build a profile by pasting your website, and Wingmate drafts what you offer, who you fit, and who you don't, all editable. Say what you're looking for in partner types, services, and markets, and matches come to you as well as from your own searching. Results are ordered by fit, then endorsements and recent activity, never by payment.
Trust comes from "worked with" endorsements: agencies you've actually partnered with confirm it on your profile, verified by both sides, and nobody can buy one. Your rates and capacity stay private, visible only to signed-in agencies, and only if you choose to show them.
Each agency also gets a public bench page listing the partners you deliver with, each backed by a "worked with" endorsement. Link it in a proposal or send it after a first call, so a four-person studio can pitch with paid media, PR, and development covered.
