About

I'm a product manager, founder & CEO, and a real estate investor myself. I built REP Helper because I went looking for a robust, complete app to handle IRS Real Estate Professional Status and STR material participation — and couldn't find one. Everything tracked the easy 750-hour test and little else. Nothing covered all the REPS and STR tests, and nothing was built around the real experience of serious investors. So I built the complete, user-centric system that should have existed already.
