I'm CEO and (proud female) founder of PowerUp, a performance intelligence platform that takes inspiration from elite sports to improve the performance of individuals, teams and organisations. My motivation comes from growing up in an elite sport household and - when I entered the world of work - I realised that there's so much to learn from that world.
