I'm a software developer. I built Haloscan because my mum has Hashimoto's and spent years being told her thyroid results were normal while feeling steadily worse, with no record that showed the pattern. I started making her a one-page summary before each appointment: results in order, symptoms with dates, her questions at the top. Other people asked for the same thing, so I turned it into an app. I'm not a clinician. I build the record; the judgement stays with your doctor.
