I’ve been an athlete my whole life, and I’ve practiced meditation for almost 15 years. When I began combining meditation and visualization before my basketball games, my performance under pressure improved. Growing up, I was a very nervous and anxious kid, especially before games and competitions. I wish someone had shown me a simple way to train the mind for sports. That’s why I built NEUROSPORTS: an athlete-first mental training app with sport-specific guided meditations, powered by AI.
